Privacy Policy

This privacy policy informs users of this website about how their personal data is collected and processed, in accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended, and Regulation No. 2016-679 of April 27, 2016.

For the purposes of this policy, words beginning with a capital letter have the following meanings:

Data Controller: The Data Controller is the legal entity (company, municipality, etc.) or natural person who determines the purposes and means of processing, i.e. the objective and the manner in which it is carried out.

Article 2. Processing of Personal Data

Browsing the Site

When browsing the Site, the Data Controller may automatically collect technical data about your equipment, actions and browsing patterns, in particular through cookies. Please refer to the cookie policy below for more details regarding the purposes of processing, retention periods and your rights.

Contact Form

When you submit a request via the contact form, the Data Controller may collect your name, your company name, your country of origin, your phone number, your email address, the reason for your request (contact or customization), as well as any information you may provide in your message. You are invited not to communicate any sensitive information in your message.

The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

Data collected as part of a contact request is retained for three (3) years from the closure of the request. If the contact results in the conclusion of a contract, the data is retained for the duration of the contract and for the periods required to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Creation of a Customer Account

The creation of a customer account is mandatory to submit a quotation request. The personal data collected when creating a customer account is: username and email address. The password chosen by the user is encrypted.

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of contractual or pre-contractual measures.

Customer account data is retained for two (2) years after your last login to your customer account. Beyond this period, before permanently deleting your data, the Data Controller will send you an email offering you the choice of keeping or deleting your customer account.

Quotation Request

When you submit a quotation request, you provide the Data Controller with the following personal data: last name, first name, company, email address, country, as well as any information you may provide in your message.

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures.

Data collected as part of a quotation request is retained for the time necessary to process the pre-contractual request. If no contract is concluded, your data may be retained for commercial prospecting purposes for a maximum period of three (3) years from the last contact between you and the Data Controller, unless you object.

Sending Promotional and Advertising Information by Email and SMS

By providing your email address and phone number, you consent to receiving promotional and advertising information by email and SMS.

The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest. You may object to this processing at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in each email and SMS. If you check the opt-out box provided at the time of data collection, your contact details will not be used for commercial prospecting purposes.

Your email address is retained until you unsubscribe or for three (3) years from the last contact between you and the Data Controller (e.g. clicking on an element included in an email). Before deleting your address from the database, the Data Controller may contact you to ask whether you wish to maintain your subscription.

Article 3. Data Recipients

The Data Controller may share your data with the following categories of recipients:

  • Authorized internal staff acting within the scope of their duties

  • Payment service providers, identity and bank detail verification services, delivery services

  • Subcontractors providing services for the exercise of the Data Controller’s activity. The Data Controller requires all third-party service providers to ensure the security of personal data and to process it in compliance with the law, solely for specific purposes in accordance with the Data Controller’s instructions and in no case for their own purposes

  • Advisors subject to professional secrecy (legal, accounting, banking, insurance)

  • Third parties upon request of a public or administrative authority or to comply with legal or procedural requirements, or to defend legal interests

Article 4. Transfer of Data Outside the European Union

The Data Controller may share your data with service providers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

In such cases, the Data Controller ensures that data is transferred to countries whose level of protection has been deemed adequate by the European Commission or, failing that, that appropriate safeguards are implemented to ensure a secure transfer of data, such as the signing of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission with the data recipient.

The Data Controller implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent data disclosure, data alteration or access by unauthorized third parties.

  • Right of access to data (Article 15 GDPR): the User may obtain confirmation as to whether or not their data is being processed and, where that is the case, access to such data and information about the circumstances of the processing;

  • Right to rectification of data (Article 16 GDPR): the User may obtain from the Data Controller the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data without undue delay;

  • Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR): the User may obtain from the Data Controller the restriction of the processing of their data (freezing of the data without using it, but without deleting it);

  • Right to object to processing (Article 21 GDPR): the User may object at any time to the processing of their data by the Data Controller, unless the latter demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing;

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from the newsletter);

  • Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR): the User may receive the data processed by automated means and provided on the basis of a contract or consent;

  • Right to provide instructions regarding the handling of data after death.

Your request will be processed within one (1) month from its receipt. In case of doubt regarding your identity, we reserve the right to request proof of identity. A copy of the identity document will be retained for one (1) year. Other data relating to the processing of your request (title, last name, first name, nature of the request, response provided) will be retained for three (3) years.

The Data Controller undertakes to comply with the instructions you have provided regarding the retention, deletion and disclosure of your personal data after your death. In the absence of instructions, the Data Controller will comply with requests from heirs in accordance with the applicable provisions of the French Data Protection Act.

If you believe that your personal data or your requests to exercise your rights are not processed in accordance with legal provisions, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL at the following address:
